Louise Davidson joined the University of Melbourne as Executive Director, Strategy, Planning and Performance in January 2017. Previously, Louise was at the University of California (Berkeley) where she held the role of Director of Strategic Planning. During her tenure, she was responsible for the development and implementation of UC Berkeley’s strategic management and metrics program and led the Finance Reform initiative. From 1999 to 2012, she was employed by the World Bank in Washington DC, where she held senior roles in corporate and country strategy development, the Results Secretariat, resource management, and within the Africa Region. Louise began her career as a Senior Associate with Coopers and Lybrand Management Consultants working in strategic planning improvement. She holds a MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.
